FREE Medical Cannabis SmartPhone Application Expands to Colorado

After a Successful Launch of Services in California, KushCall Expands Its Services to Patients in Colorado

Denver, CO – July 19, 2010 – Patients and advocates of Medical Cannabis in Colorado will soon be able to use the KushCall smartphone application to locate dispensaries, physicians, and other Medical Cannabis related services throughout their State. KushCall launched in California in late April and has been welcomed with overwhelming support of the Medical Cannabis community and advocacy groups. KushCall is a free application for users and can be downloaded in Apple’s iTunes App Store, Google’s Android Marketplace or used as a mobile version at m.KushCall.com. KushCall is excited to expand its services to Colorado and provide a comprehensive resource available to everyone with a smart phone.

With the number of Medical Cannabis patients growing steadily and an increasing number of State Legislatures allowing the use of Cannabis for medical purposes, Chronic Media is excited to expand into Colorado to deliver an app that provides news and legal information while also serving the day to day needs of patients. KushCall's “Dispensaries” section provides listings of Dispensaries, Collectives and Co-Ops, The Dispensary Guide is equipped with one touch dialing and one touch directions via Google Maps. KushCall also contains a Doctors Guide providing patients’ quick and convenient access to their nearest Physicians specializing in Medical Cannabis.
KushCall is dedicated to being a mature and responsible service for the community, advocating an open and conscious discussion of the benefits and drawbacks of Cannabis decriminalization. KushCall first launched in California on April 20, 2010 and has since then seen tremendous popularity, having received over 16,000 downloads in its first month and growing at a steady rate of 300-500 new users daily. Initially, KushCall was only available for the iPhone through the iTunes App store, however, due to its overwhelming popularity and high demand, it is now available in Google’s Android Marketplace, as well as a mobile web version for all smartphones.
